Wax Types & Burn Times
Question: What types of wax do you use, and how long do your candles burn?
Answer: We use a natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax for a clean, healthy burn. Depending on the candle’s type and shape, burn times can range from 1–2 hours per use, giving you long-lasting enjoyment. Question: How strong is the scent, and are your candles safe for people with allergies?

Question: How do I create my own custom candle? Can I choose scent, colour, or design?
Answer: The steps are simple

Then we craft your candle by hand:
Each candle is hand-poured to order, with your choice of scent, colour, and design. The creation process takes around 1–2 days to ensure every candle is perfect before it’s sent to you, giving you a beautiful, high-quality, custom candle every time.

Question: How long does shipping take? Can I return a candle?
Answer: Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your chosen option. All our candles are made to order and cannot be returned, so we focus on delivering them in perfect condition.

Answer: Yes! We can create custom candles for weddings, birthdays, or special occasions. For large or bulk orders, please get in touch with us directly so we can help bring your vision to life.
All candles are carefully packaged in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely. If you’re gifting, we also offer optional gift wrapping for an extra cost, simply choose your preferred style at checkout.

Candle Care & Burning Tips
Question: How do I get the best burn and longest life from my candle?
Answer: To enjoy your candle safely and make it last
Burn the candle long enough on the first use to allow the wax to melt to the edges, this prevents tunnelling.
Trim the wick to 5–7 mm before each burn for a steady, clean flame.
Always place your candle on a heatproof surface or plate to protect your furniture from melted wax. This is especially important for sculptural or shaped candles.
Avoid placing candles in drafts or near flammable objects.
