🕯️ Wax Types & Burn Time
What wax do you use, and how long do your candles burn?
We use a natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, chosen for its clean burn, smooth finish, and excellent fragrance performance.
Burn times vary depending on the size and shape of the candle, but most designs are intended for short, decorative, or repeated burns rather than continuous long burns.
Our wax is carefully selected to balance fragrance throw, safety, and aesthetic finish.

How strong is the scent, and are your candles safe?
Our candles are designed to gently fill your space with a fragrance comforting, and never overwhelming.
Please note:
Candles are not recommended for individuals with asthma or severe respiratory sensitivities.
If you have concerns, we recommend reviewing ingredients before purchase or contacting us directly.
🎨 Customisation Process
How do I create my own candle?
Creating your Build A Candle is simple:
- Choose your candle shape
- Select your colour
- Pick your scent
- Add optional gift packaging
Then we hand-pour your candle to order.
Each candle is individually made, meaning no two are exactly the same, every piece is created with care, detail, and intention.
Typical production time is 1–2 days before dispatch.
📦 Shipping, Packaging & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days, with delivery times depending on the shipping option selected at checkout (usually 3–5 business days within the UK).
❌Can I return a candle?
Because all candles are made to order and customised, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us and we will always do our best to resolve it.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so international delivery may become available, keep an eye on our updates.

Can I order candles for gifts, weddings, or events?
Yes! our candles are perfect for gifts, weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
We also offer optional gift packaging at checkout:

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
To enjoy your candle safely and get the best performance:
- Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on first burn
- Trim the wick to 5–7mm before each use
- Place on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from drafts and flammable objects
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
