Shipping Policy – Build A Candle

Processing Times

All candles are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and made before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Times

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, strikes, or delays within the postal network.


Shipping Costs


At Build A Candle, we currently offer free UK delivery, and shipping costs are included within the product price unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays & External Factors

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive promptly, please note that delivery times are managed by Royal Mail and other postal services.

Delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving any issues where possible.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue. Please note that investigations may take time depending on the carrier’s process.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the delivery provider, we will offer a replacement or resolution in line with our refund policy.
